 As a Stargate Record Keeper, my work in this lifetime is to explain our Cosmic History. What is CH? We are CH. Every moment of our existence is a line in the book of life. A verse in the harmonies of the universe. We co-create with the ONE at all times, whether we choose to acknowledge this or not. It is my mission to encourage the remembrance or our divinity, our unique ability to BE. Part of this work deals with various star nations whom I have personally connected with, and been shown and told of their contributions to the human species and to life here on Earth. As they grow and develop, their co-creativity grows as well. On my journey, I have recalled my work as a Crystalline field Guardian, one who works with the memory bank deposits in the Earth (crystals), with the intention to guide others back to Earth’s wondrous libraries. Within a Crystal lies the history of our planetary host - Earth. The Cosmic Activation Kits are a tool for connecting with the stars, with the Earth, and with our cosmic origins. Each crystal has been activated with the energy of the given star nation of the kit.....The kits are about expanding and deepening your connection with the universe, and your self-awareness/ identity as a part of the living universe... These are tools for us to anchor into the telluric fields (energy fields of the Earth), meaning that they are great for grounding and embodying your true self, while building a vertical line of communication to the stars, to experience our total-selves through our light, or “holon” bodies. The tools, are great for meditating and for setting intentions for an alter or special space of your choosing. They can also serve as reminders to acknowledge the macrocosm and all that it entails to better understand how it all connects. HOW WOULD ONE USE THIS KIT? (here is an example) "Find a comfortable place to sit, or lay down with your kit. You may choose to close your eyes. Holding the clear quartz crystal, focus your attention on the physical and energetic properties of the crystal. You may notice warm/cool, tingles, energy moving, visuals, etc. (this totally varies per person). Simultaneously, focus on the front or back of the wood slice (sigil/symbol or constellation). While contemplating the wood, you will begin to understand the significance of the shape, or the various stars in the constellation. When you are ready, bring your awareness back to your physical body, and surroundings. You have just started the activation your soul's cosmic essence. The kits are available in our ETSY shop.. Crystals are more than just manifestations of geometrically sound elements. They are living records, messengers of the planet. The quartz in the kits contain the template for amplifying our energy fields, expanding our awareness to include the higher or less dense dimensions of the universe. It is here where we access the realms beyond light, the meta-radiant realms of elemental vibration. In some traditions of the East, this is referred to as “Samadhi” or the ‘bringing together’… In this unified space we find ourselves embodying THE LAW OF ONE, unity is achieved and we begin to understand the dynamic tapestry of our existence. Atavism is about defining our Essence Selves. It is about honoring the past and future in the now. Atavism is a way of connecting the dots of our ancestral lines to the embodied ancestors that we are right now. We are the continuation of a narrative that is ongoing, micro to macro.
In my journey here on Earth, I have always heard a call to be creative. To become a conscious creator, set on constructing a living body of work that can convey my message, a timeless & limitless message... I was not always aware that I had a message to share. For the earlier parts of my life I struggled with feeling that my message was not wanted, and though I on and off engaged with art and music I was convinced that it wouldn’t be understood or valued the ways in which I understood. I recall struggling to fit in with the crowd and be like everyone else. It wasn’t until creativity sparked again in my 20’s that clarity arrived to show me the way.
Shanti and I are working to create through what we understand our ancestral heritage to be. We are rhythmic vibrations of the Earth - Citizens of the Universe!!
I am of African, Indigenous (American), and European descent. I am most influenced by the African American cultures here in the US. I am engaged with acoustic (Traditional African Instruments, handpan, and more!) and analog/electronic vibrational sound generation (techno, ambient, experimental). Shanti is of Alaskan Native & Russian descent (along with English, Maltese, German, Native American… a melting pot of Hue-man Being) ... Guidance & Intuition has led her to explore her Eskimo/Chukchi roots through functional art, alchemical herbal medicine-making, and vibrational medicine offered through the Shamanistic* tambourine/drum & the Khomus (aka jaw harp) of Northeastern Siberia/Russian Federation.
In my creative experience, I am learning that everything is interconnected. My musical expression is an audible language that expresses similar points that are found in my painting practice; identity, texture, and pattern... The painting practice has a connection to my therapy practice with crystals (atomic elements of the Earth that vibrate), and so the language of vibration is born through my creative process!
All the layers coalesce and form a dynamic way of sharing a message. I believe that we all have a message, a transmission to share, and now is the time to do so.
This is what Atavism is…… A continual morphing of our creativity, tethering cords backwards and forwards through the radial time matrix to the now. Atavism is a way of creating that allows us to deepen our connection with our ancestors, with the Earth, and cosmos as a whole… After all, we are star seeded Beings!
In some ways, through many incarnations, I believe we learn to shape-shift, to express what is needed in the moment and to embody versions of ourselves that seem to be most conducive to our life. We choose to carry what means the most to us, art, and recall what is necessary to continue our journey back home.

The Summer Triangle (an apparent triangulation or stars) is a unique occurrence in the sky, visible from Early to mid April-September/October….. In Galactic Time, this would be The Planetary Moon of Manifestation through The Self-Existing Moon of Form….. Note that the excerpt is from a source who still uses the Gregorian timekeeping system. In these posts, I will try to transcribe this information to the 13:20 natura timing frequency so that we can further understand the overlap/relationship

The Summer Triangle is not a constellation. It is three bright stars in three different constellations, as the wonderful photo below – by Susan Jensen in Odessa, Washington – shows.
As the stars drift westward during the night, Deneb will swing upward to replace Vega as the overhead star some two hours later. *Of course, the stars aren’t really moving. It’s the Earth’s rotation that causes the stars to move westward during the night, and the sun to go westward during the day.”

This is one of many occurrences happening in ‘natural time’ that we have the opportunity to observe for ourselves. On a more cosmic level, the Summer Triangle is one of my favorite asterisms (cluster of stars), because it features the constellation Lyra. In the constellation of Lyra is M57, “Ring Nebula” AKA “The Prism of Lyra”, and my soul star ‘Vega’... Vega is the 4th brightest star in the night sky. This 0.0 magnitude star is a pale blue giant - the source of the Vegan-Lyran cosmic star nation, home to many service-to-other-self Draconian hybrids… For me it is an activation portal, a visible reminder that I can always look up to the stars to remember my Cosmic Origins. I have been connected to this star for many many lives, and this life is no different. My kindergarten friend was also a soul from Vega who reminded me of our galactic origins at a very young age. I have communed with the elders of this star nation and neighboring systems several times in my subtle reality and am somewhat of an ambassador for this star system.
Many people wonder what is the significance of a star in space? It is believed by many that the orbs of light known as stars possess photonic energy, radiation, and many ray/wave characteristics have the potential to influence everything around it EVEN IF the influence is just for the eye to behold. But. let's be honest here - when it comes to stars, there is more than meets the eye…
What we see becomes an influence in our realities. We think, act, and behave based on our relationship with the world of the senses, both physically inclined sensory of the 5 senses and extra-sensory , meaning psychic, telepathic, ESP and beyond … A star is a guide, a powerhouse of unknown potential, and the anchor for planets (i.e LIFE on those planets).... Stars form geometric shapes in the sky, which we note via spatial relationships on maps, charts and grids. We overlay myth, ritual, ceremony, spiritual and religious practices on the stars and the cosmos as a whole... . Geometry, albeit a human construct from our perspective, is a concept with an undeniably strong power potential. For those already versed in astrology, or those who are able to read the aspects of an astrology chart, you are aware of the geometries (oppositions, trines, squares, conjunctions, etc) and how they can be used to interpret or make meaning of a star chart. For those who are not aware of this, please see the links at the bottom of this blog post….. Long story short, there are multitudes of geometric alignments in the cosmos, these alignments influence our experiences on Earth as many times, these geometries are around our planet or very close - which influence us on some level or another…
We know that light influences or informs us from any point in space - (that we learn spatial relationships, and make meaning of form and measure from our cognitive and perceptive capacities ). But what does this mean? For most the answer will lie in your subjective opinion and experience with celestial energy. One way to begin to understand would be to meditate with a star or constellation. It is most helpful to observe with your eye and ‘mind’s eye’ the sublime nature of stars. Our Sun is the closest example and it has undeniable effects on every planet in our local solar system. From Micro to Macro, one may observe or consider that other stars near our Sun are also influencing our solar system - and us!
It should be understood here that the Sun’s radiance is but one of trillions of stars which all have a relationship to each other and ALL influence the smaller celestial bodies around them. These other worldly energies are the pulse wave generators for other lifeforms of multitudes of densities and manifestations.
On a more cosmic intelligence point, these stars are living forms made of elements, compounds etc. (something like you and me!!) We are not alone in this ever growing universe..It is my belief that our origins are in the stars. We are the movements, the chemistry, the transformation and metamorphosis of stardust. As so, it is also my belief that we ourselves are “seeds” of the stars or “starseeds”...
There are innumerable cultures from all over our planet who state that we come from the stars, from space… Egyptian, Dogon, Mayan, Toltec, just to name a few. The undertones of celestial origins can even be metaphorically viewed through many popular religious lineages.
You may now be thinking “But, what is this starseed woo-woo?!?”
Aspen Rain, a respected intuitive who shares her understandings with the Cree Indegineous Culture of North American tribes says, “In short, a Starseed is an individual that believes that they have had a previous incarnation (or past life) on a planet in another star system (outside our solar system) before incarnating on Earth.”
